Recipes: How can you cook buckwheat properly?

After the buckwheat diet, the muesli must insist in hot water and do not cook, so that all beneficial substances are better preserved.For this evening, 200 g of grain pour 0.5 l of boiling water and leave it under the lid overnight.The dish is ready in the morning.If the muesli did not absorb all of the water, leave the remains.After the buckwheat diet there is such a porridge without salt, sugar, spices and sauces.This is a classic version of the buckwheat diet, but there are also softer options:

  • Buckwheat porridge plus kefir -An the day on which you eat 200 g of buckwheat, you can drink kefir, no more than half a liter, eat bucklots in the main meals and drink a kefir between you and one hour before going to bed.
  • Buckwheat porridge with dried fruits. One day is allowed to eat 200-300 g of buckwheat, which previously existed before the consistency of Brei with 150 g dried fruits.Such a porridge must be divided evenly into all meals.And again - don't eat 5 hours before going to bed.

How to go out after a buckwheat diet

When the buckwheat diet ends, you have to return to the usual diet smoothly.Add new products should be gradually.In the first week it is advisable to eat cheap foods that are rich in proteins and cook dishes for steam or in the oven.Fried, salty and sharp dishes are unacceptable in the first week after leaving the buckwheat diet, since the body received little salt during the monodite and it should be added to food a little, which is gradually increasing to the usual level of salt.It is also not necessary to rely on flour products and sweets, we only say dark chocolate in small quantities.

Make your diet for the next two weeks after the buckwheat diet of dietary dishes that are rich in proteins, a little carbohydrates in the form of vegetables and fruit, low -fat milk products and cheese are also allowed.At the end of the second week you can add some fat products to the diet (butter, nuts, avocados, fatfish, etc.).However, if you do not want the weight to return, the diet must be fundamentally checked and made healthier.
